Chapter 92 (Vehicles & Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: 1. Article IH, Section 92-30 (Stop & Yield Intersections) is hereby amended by adding Stop Sign on Miller Road Jackson's Landing Road II. the following: Direction of At Intersection Location Travel With (hamlet) northerly West Mill Road Mattituck northerly West Mill Road Mattituck Severability. If any section or subsection, paragraph, clause, phrase or provision of this law shall be judged invalid or held unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, any judgment made thereby shall not affect the validity of this law as a whole or any part thereof other than the part or provision so adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional.
