Town of SOUTHOLD LOCAL LAW NO. 16 of 2000 BE iT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: Chapter 92, Section 92-30 (Vehicles & Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: Stop Sign on Broadwaters Drive Direction At Intersection of Travel with North & South Mason Drive Hamlet Cutchogue II. Severability. If any section or subsection, paragraph, clause, phrase or provision of this law shall be Judged invalid or held unconstitutional by any court of competent Jurisdiction, any Judgment made thereby shall not affect the validity of this law as a whole or any part thereof other than the part or provision so adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional. The direction of travel is north and south. It is at the intersection at Mason Drive. Is there anyone that would like to speak either for or against in relation to the adoption of this Local Law?
