The parcel identified by SCTM #1000-62-3-22.1 is currently in the Hamlet Business (HB) Distdct as designated by the Zoning Map of the Town. The parcel identified by SCTM #1000-62-3-24.1 is currently in the Low-Density Residential (R-40) District as designated by the Zoning Map of the Town. Based upon the consideration of the recommendations and comments of the Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County Planning Commission and public comment taken at the public hearing(s) and otherwise, we hereby change the zoning district designation of the parcel identified by SCTM #1000-62-3-22.1 from the Hamlet Business (HB) District designation to the General. Business (B) District designation and we hereby change the zoning district designation of the parcel identified by SCTM #1000-62-3-24.1 from the Low-Density Residential (R40) District desig nation to the General Business (B) District designation.
