Chapter 92, Article IV, Section 41 (Vehicles & Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: To install "No Parking Anytime" signs as follows: Name of Street Side Location Equestrian Avenue West Fishers Island, south side of Equestrian Avenue from the intersection of Oriental Avenue in a westerly direction for a distance of 170 feet. II. Severability. If any section or subsection, paragraph, clause, phrase or provision of this law shall be judged invalid or held unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, any judgment made thereby shall not affect the validity of this law as a whole or any part thereof Other than the part or provision so adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional. III. This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
