Goldsmith, Chairman Douglas M. Robertson Frederick E. Gordon George Bird Philip G. Horton Judith T. Boken, Secretary Also present: Loretta Hess, Orville Terry Moved by Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Horton, it was RESOLVED that Dr. Samuel S. Cohen, Indian Neck Lane, Peconic, New York be granted perm~s~nnt~ place an offshore~mushroom mooring in Richmond'Creek, off Indian Neck Lane, Peconic, New York (former Slama location), all in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented fn the originating application. Fee $5.00. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Goldsmith, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton, Mr. Gordon, Mr. Bird. On motion of Mr. Horton, seconded by Mr. Gordon, it was RESOLVED th'at the, Board of South~ld Town'Trustees recommends to the SouthOld Town Board the disapproval of Wetland Application No. 17 by Rev. Donald P. Brickley, 75 Broadwaters Road, CUtchogue, New York. The benefit of additional fill,ewhie~ui~edapplicant states is required by the Board of-Health, would be offset by the ad'ditional size of the drainage ditch requested by the applicant~ Vo~e of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Goldsmith, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton, Mr. Gordon, Mr. Bird. On motion of M~. BirdQnseconded by Mr. Robertson, it was RESOLVED that a quit claim deed be granted to Thomas B. Reeve and Helen J. Reeve, his wife, both residing at Maiden Lane, Mattituck, ~ew York,-c~vering the following described .property: ALL that certain plot, p~ece or parcel of land, with the buildings ~nd improvements thereon 'erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,-State of New York, more particularly described as follows: 128 Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Gordon, Mr. Bird. BEGINNING at a point on ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek at the westerly corner of land conveyed by the party of the.first part to Harold .Reeve, Jr. (April 1964); from said point of beginning running along said land of Harold Reeve, Jr., S.47025'10" E~ 84 feet, more or less, to the "original" high water mark of Mattituck Creek; thence southerly along said "original" high~ater mark, 95 feet, more or less, to land of Hamilton; thence in a direct extension northwesterly of the southwesterly boundary of land of the party of the~second par~t, N747°35~' 20"W~ 84 ~feet, more or tess, to said ordinary high~water mark-of Mattituck Creek; thence nQr,~k~rly along said high water mark 95 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING. Armstrong, Dawn Drive, Greenport, .New York, be granted permission to place an offshore mushroom mooring in Gull Pond in front of his own property on Dawn-Drive, Greenport, all in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented in the originating application. Fee $5.00. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Goldsmith~ Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton, Mr. Gordon, Mr. Bird. Moved by Mr. Gordon, seconded by Mr. Horton, it was RESOLVED that Arthur.~Rios, 1000 Minnehaha Boulevard, Southold, New York be granted permission to place an onshore stake with 'a mushroom mooring in Corey Creek, off Minnehaha Boulevard, near Laughing Waters Property Owners Association Beach, Southold, New York, all in accordance with~the detailed specifications as presented in the originating application. Fee $5.00. Vote of the Board:. Ryes: Mr. Goldsmith, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton, Mr. Gordon, Mr. Bird. On motion of Mr. Bird., seconded by Mr. Robertson, it was RESOLVED that Joseph Surozenski, Bayberry Road, Southold, New York, be granted permission to place, an~onshore-offshore mooring at the foot 'of Bayberry Road, in West Creek end of Goose Creek, all in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented in the originating application. Fee $5.00. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Goldsmith, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton, Mr. Gordon, Mr. Bird. On motion of Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Horton, it was RESOLVED that Jerome Martocchia, Bayberry Road, Southold, New York, be granted permission bo place an onshore-offshore mooring at the foot of Bayberry Road, in West Creek end of Goose Creek, all ~n accordance with the detailed specifications as presented in the originating application. Fee $5.00. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Goldsmith, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton, Mr. Gordon, Mr. Bird. Moved by Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Gordon, it was RESOLVED that J. L. M~grino, Jr., Village Lane, Orient, New York, be granted permission to place an onshore-offshore mooring in Orient Creek, off property of John Tuthill (with his permission), all in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented in the originating application. Fee $5.00. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Goldsmith, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton, Mr. Gordon, Mr. Bird. Moved by Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Gordon, it was RESOLVED that Cory C. Whittier, Brown's Hill's Estates, Orient, New York, be granted permission to place an offshore mushroom mooring in Narrow River, off Narrow River Road, Orient, New York, all in accordance 130 with the detailed ~specificati~Rs as~presented in the originating application. Fee $5.00. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Mr. Goldsmith, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Horton, Mr. Gordon, Mrs. Bird. On motion of Mr. Bird, seconded by_.Mr. Horton, it was RESOLVED that Fred Verme, Main Road, Mat~i~uck, New_York, be denied permission to place an offshore mushroom mooring in Mattituck Creek, near Love Lane, Mattituck, because of the unsatisfactory location of said mooring.
