A regular meeting of the Board of Southo.ld Town Trustees was held
at 7:30 P.M., Monday,. June 3, 1974 at the Town Board meeting room,

The Board reviewed applications of Perry, Roth, Reiber, H~ile~,
and Oliver and others which were held over frOm the May 6th meeting
for investigakion.
On motion of Mr. Gordon, seconded by Mr.~ Robertson,. the following
applications were approved:

York, all-in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented

RESOLVED that Richard Oliver, 37F Little Neck. Road, Cutchogue;

stationary dock 20 ft..by 6 ft., with four mooring pil.es,.~on t-he

Clerk requesting a recommendation by the Board of Town Trustees.
Rev. Brickley wishes to fill an area 50 ft. by 160 ft. with 525 cu.
yds. of fill at his property at 75 Broadwaters Road, Cutchogue.
The Board will investigate the site.

RESOLVED that Robert E. Doering, 260 Highwood Road, So~thold, New
York be ~ranted permission to place an onshore-offshore mooring
in Goose Creek, o~fWaterview Drive, Southold, all in accordance
with the detailed specifieations ~as presented in the-originating-
application. Fee $5.00.

On motion of Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Gordon, it was

TWo applications for Quit Cla~im deeds were submitted to the'Board
by Morton J. Phillips and Rosalind Phillips; and Thomas B. Reeve
and He~en~.J. Reeve covering a~eas .in f-ront of~.their property on
Ma~tit~ck-Creek which was fi~lled by dredging done by the County of
Suffolk some years ago.

On motion of Mr. BirdQ~e~e~ded by Mr. Gordon, it was
RESOLVED,~that the Board of Southold Town Trustees recommends the.
approval of Wetland Application No. 18 by Ralph C. Condit, for
permission to build an. open dock acroSs the meadow at his property
on Wells Road, Pe'conic, New York. This type~of .open. construction
has been urged by the Town Trustees in the past, prior to the
passage of the Wetland Ordinance. It altows for .the r~se and fall
of tide and will ~n no way interfere with the ecology of the area.

Mr. Bird.
On motion of Mr. Gordon, seconded by Mr. Rober~son, it was
RESOLVED that Ralph C. Condit, Wells Road, Peconic, New York be
granted permission to construct a walkway 4 ft. by 39 ft. on his
property at Richmond Creek, off Wells Road, Peconic, New York, all
in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented in the
originating application.-- Providing he obtains approval of his
wetland application from the Southold Town Board. Fee $15.60.

On motion of Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Gordon, it was

in Goose Creek in front of his own property on corner of Oak Avenue
and Cedar Drive, Southold, all in accordance with the detailed
specifications as presented in the originating application. Fee $5.00.

On motion of Mr. Bird, seconded by Mr. Robertson, it was
RESOLVED that Franklyn J. Wanser, 1 Hickory Avenue, Southold, New
York, be granted permission to place an onshore-offshore mooring
in front of the property of Harold P. Schwerdt, off Cedar Drive and
Oak Avenue, Southold, in Goose Creek - ~25 on Goose Bay Property

RESOLVED that the Board of Southol~'Town Trustees minutes of
May 6., 1974 be approved as submitted.

RESQLVED that the hex% meeting of the Board of Southold Town
Trust~es will-~be held at 7:30 P.M~, Monday, July 1, 1974, at-
the Town Board~meeting room, 16 So~uth Street, Greenport~, New
York.
