In order to close out the permits the owner has to comply with the ZBA variance granted in 1985 (the Pool & Deck was constructed before Trustees jurisdiction). The 1985 decision reduced the lot coverage of"wood" to 4,256 sq.ft. so the decking had to be removed. The house (3,300 sq.ft.)and pool (500 sq.ft.)remain, the patio is not lot coverage. When the owner removed all of the decking around the pool, the pool pipes were exposed. The Building Department wants the owner to make the property safe, therefore, he needs to cover the pipes with clean fill and the decking will be replaced by stone pavers which does not result in lot coverage issues, however, this work requires a Trustee permit. The Trustees permit for the fill and pavers is herein attached. Since the existing structures pre-date Trustees permit I have included the existing structures into this permit.
