County Clerk' s Office as Map No. 2141; thence along said Lot 22,

thence along land now or formerly of Richard Osmer, North 830 05 '
30" East a distance of 111 . 23 feet to said westerly line of Oakwood
Drive, thence along said westerly line of Oakwood Drive, South 61

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed
dated June 29 , 1977 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on July 5 , 1977 in Liber 8263 Page 126.
This conveyance is subject to a mortgage held by Southold
Savings Bank k/n/a North Fork Bank dated June 30, 1977 in the
amount of $40 , 000 . 00 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on July 5 , 1977 in Liber 7927 Page 38 and on which mortgage
