JUSTICE EVANS: "Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 10th day of June, 1997, a Local Law entitled, A Local Law in Relation to Parking by Permit at Luther's Road, also known as "Breakwater Road".
