1. Section 65-2(B) ( Parking Prohibited at [3eachesj is hereby
amended as follows:
B. The following road end areas are hereby designated as
Town of Southold "Parking by Southold Town Permit
Only" areas:
Luther's Road, also known as Breakwater Road at
Mattituck beginning 250 feet from the guardrail at
the northerly terminus of Luthers Road extending
southerly for a distance of 190 feet on the East
sioe of Luther's Road.
This Local Law shall take effect aport filing with the Secretary of State.
(Complete the certification in the paragraph that applies to the Iiling of this local taw and
strike out that which is not applicable.)

ON A PROPOSED "LOCAL LAW IN RELATION TO PARKING BY PERMIT AT
LUTHER'S ROAD ALSO KNOWN AS "BREAKWATER ROAD".

SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: This is a Local Law on Parking at Luther's Road,
also known as Breakwater Road, and Judge Evans has the reading.
JUSTICE EVANS: "Public Notice is hereby given that there has been
presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, on the 10th day of June, 1997, a Local Law entitled, A Local Law
in Relation to Parking by Permit at Luther's Road, also known as
"Breakwater Road". Notice is further given that the Town Board of the
Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at
the Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, South01d, New York, on the
2~th day of June, 1997. at 8:00 P.M., at which time all interested
persons will be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to Parking
by Permit at Luther's Road, also known as "Breakwater Road" reads as
follows:
BE IT ENACTED, by the Town Board of the TOWn of Southold as follows:
I. Chapter 65 (Parking at Beaches) ~s hereby amended as follows:

amended as follows:
