COUNCILWOMAN HUSSIE: "Public notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New Yorkr on the 30th day of September, 1997, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Peconic Bay Boulevard". Notice if further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road. Southold, New York, on the la. th day of October. 1997. at 8:00 P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard, This proposed "Local Law in Relation to Peconic Bay Boulevard" reads as follows: BE IT ENACTED. by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: I. I had read and I wondering why we 'were just doing it in the until I got the.correspon.d, ing law from Riverhead, that the same thing, travehng east, so there will be a west. SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: This was requested by people that live in the a~ea, a. nd yes~ in order to happen it had to be with partnership with both t&wnshiP~, so they are doing Half of it, and we are doing the other half.
