i! B. That the land conveyed shall
forever be used and maintained by the

j C. In the event that the grantee
r shall at any time fail to comply with
(i either of the said conditions, the prop-

j shall revert to the said Edna C. Booth,
i or her heirs, and title in fee absolute
!� shall revsst in the said Edna C. Booth,
or her heirs, and they shall have the
j right to reenter upon the said property
ii and re—possess the same,
! D. The said grantee its successors
r� or assigns shall have tie right at any
! time to sell the said property, or any
property acquired as stated in paragraph
e! "E", free from any conditions or limits-
tions stated in this deed, and to convey
title in fee to said property.

j; E. The grantee, its successors and
assigns covenants that the proceeds of
!i any succi sale shall be used for the pur—
chase of premises in the Town of Southold,
!! and for the construction of a building,
j� to be used and maintained by the grantee.
Its successors or assigns, foar,the purpos-
es of a free public library and that the
,I building shall be known as °Cahoon Memori-
al Library*, and the grantee, its suoaes--
gore and assigns, further covenant that
title to such premises shall be taken
sub-jest to the conditions contained in para-
j; graphs "A" and [Mit above, and upon the
?! limitation that if the said grantee, its
;i successors ant assigns shall at any time
I fail to comply with either of the said
conditions, the estate and title of the
said grantee, its successors or assigns
ii shall at once cease and terminate and tie
said Edna C. Booth, her heirs and assigns
i' shall at once become vested with title to
such premises in fee simple absolute.
