BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of a thirty (30)foot Right of Way,distant 362 feet as
measured along the Southerly side of said thirty(30) foot Right of Way from the Westerly line of a
twenty-five(25) foot Right of Way and which point on the Westerly line of said twenty-five(25)
foot Right of Way is the Northeasterly corner of land heretofore conveyed by Leone D. Howell and
Lena F. Howell,his wife,to Bryant S.Conklin by deed dated April 15, 1926,and from said point of

land now or formerly of L.D. Howell,a distance of 145.80 feet to a timber bulkhead on the Great
Peconic Bay;
