Section 100-32 (Bulk. area and parking regulations) is hereby amende¢ by adding the following: No building or premises shall be used and no building or part thereof shall be erected or altered in the A-C, R-8~3. ON A PROPOSED "LOCAL LAW IN RELATION TO BULK AND PARKING SCHEDULES". Present: Supervisor Jean W. Cochran Councilwoman Alice J. Hussie Councilman Joseph L. Townsend, Jr. Councilwoman Ruth D. Dowd JUSTICE EVANS: "Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 23rd day of July, 1996, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Bulk and Parking Schedules".Notlce is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 3rd day of September, 1996, at 5:00 P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to Bulk and Parking Schedules" reads as follows: BE IT ENACTED, by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: I. Chapter 100 (Zoning) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: 1. We are going to receive a affidavit that it was published in Traveler-Watchman, and I have pg 2 - PH correspondence today. From the County of Suffolk Department of Planning, "Pursuant to the requirements of Sections A14-14 to 23 of the Suffolk County Administrative Code, the above referenced application which has been submitted to the Suffolk County Planning Commission is considered to be a matter for local determination as there Js no apparent significant county-wide or inter-community impact(s). A decision of local determination should not be construed as either an approval or disapproval. Very truly yours, Stephen M. Jones, Director of Planning." I have correspondence from the Planning Board of the Town of Southold. It's from Richard Ward, the Chairman, dated August 6, 1996. It is Jn reference to this same law. "The Planning Board is in favor of adding the proposed paragraph which was inadvertently removed when Section 100-24 and 100-25 were added to the Code. However, the paragraph should refer to the R-120, R-200 and R-400 Districts also." There is a note that they were added. SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: You have heard the reading of the proposed Local Law in Relation to Bulk and Parking Schedules. Is there anyone that would like to address the Board on this Local Law?
