SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: Is there anyone, that would like to address the
Town Board in relation to the Retirement Incentive, that we are looking to
adopt? The Town, in order to make this work, we have to safe fifty
percent of a salary over a two year period, and then the Board can offer
this to employees, and we do have some employees that will be leaving this
year, so, hopefully, we will be able to save these monies. In fact we have
to in order have the incentive. But, if there is anyone that would like
to address the Board in relation this incentive, please feel free now,
either pro or con. Iql ask one time, would anyone like to address the
Board on this topic? (No response.) If not, we will close the hearing.
