of Haupt; running thence in a westerly direction at right angles to th
last mentioned course 46.5 feet along said land of Haupt to a monument

Avenue; running thence S. 670 56' East 42.6 feet along said Sound
Avenue; continuing thence in a southeasterly direction 7.4 feet along
said Sound Avenue to the point or place of beginning.

the first part in and to Sound Avenue adjoining said premises to the
center line thereof.
