Judith T. Terry, Southold Town Clerk." I have a letter from the
Planning Board signed by Richard G. Ward, Chairman. Dear Mrs. Terry,
The Planning Board has reviewed the proposed Local Law in Relation to
pg 2 - PH
Certificates of Occupancy. The Board has no comment or objection to the
proposal to reduce the fee for copies of Certificates of Occupancy from
$25.00 to .25. There is an affidavit attesting to the fact, that this was
posted on the Town Clerk's Bulletin Board, and also, that it was
published in The Traveler-Watchman. That's all.
SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: You've heard the reading of the Local Law. Is
there anyone who would llke to address the Board in relation to this Local
Law on Certificates of Occupancy? It's from $25.00 to $.25 a copy. (No
response. )
COUNCILWOMAN HUSSIE: The reason being that this is by State Law. It
can't be anymore than $.25. It's not that we suddenly have too much
money.
SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: We just corrected a situation.
that would like to address the Board in relation to this?
Hearing none, I deem the hearing closed.
Is there anyone
