I have proof of publication on the Bulletin Board, and The Suffolk Times, and we have no correspondence. SUPERVISOR WlCKHAM: I will just comment briefly. The Solid Waste District at our Landfill, we charge fees for various aspects of the Landfill. Those fees are currently embedded in our Town Code, a thick document. Every time we want to revise those fees it means revising the Code, which is an expensive operation going through public hearings, and what not. The effect of this proposal would be to pull out those fees from the Town Code, put them on a separate piece of paper, that the Town could adopt from time to time, and revise by resolution, rather than having to revise the whole Code, and reprinting those pages. That's the purpose of the hearing, that Joe Lizewski just read. Is there anyone in the audience, that would like to address the proposed Local Law? (No response.) Hearing none, I declare this hearing closed. ' PUBLIC NOlICE IS. HEREBY to the Town Boasd of the Town of ,~lllhold. So~II~ Coonty.
