Copies of this Local Law are available in the Office of the Town Clerk to any interested persons during business hours. Dated: September 19, 1995. Judith T. Terry, Southold Town Clerk." I have an affidavit that it was published in the Suffolk Times, and that it has been posted on the Town Clerk's pg 2 P.H. Bulletin Board in the rear. We have piece of correspondence from the Planning Board. Dear Mrs. Terry, The Planning Board has reviewed the proposed Local Law in Relation to Flea Markets. This amendment defines the for-profit Flea Market use and notes the zoning districts where this use will be permitted. The use would be permitted within the Hamlet Business and General Business zoning districts by Special Exception, and would require Site Plan approval. The Board supports passage of this amendment as it is advertized at this time. However, more needs to be done. We also recommend that the Town Board through its Legislative Committee: 1. develop and adopt conditions under which the Special Exception may be granted, 2. determine appropriate minimum parking requirements for flea markets, 3, review regulations governing the indoor flea market use. Sincerely, Richard G. Ward, Chairman. I have no further communications. SUPERVISOR WICKHAM: You've heard the reading of the notice. Would anyone in the audience like to address the Board on this proposed Local Law?. (No response.) As the letter mentioned the purpose of it is to regulate that flea markets would be allowed, as Special Exceptions, in two zone districts in the town, Business and Hamlet Business. Hearing none, I declare this hearing closed. Judith T.
