Judith T. Terry, Southold Town Clerk". I have proof of publication in
The Suffolk Times, and the Bulletin Board. One communication, Planning
Board Office. Re, proposed Local Law in Relation to Architectural Review.
Dear Mrs. Terry, the Planning Board has reviewed the proposed
amendment to the Site Plan section of the Zoning Code setting the
composition of the Architectural Review Committee. The proposed
amendment reflects the difficulty of finding sufficient numbers of
volunteers to serve on the Review Committee. The Planning Board
supports this proposed amendment, which is realistic and fair. Sincerely,
Richard C. Ward, Chairman. That's all I have.
SUPERVISOR WICKHAM: Would anyone from the audience like to address
the Board on this proposal to modify the membership criteria for the
Architectural Review Committee? (No response.) If not, I declare this
hearing closed.
