Chapter 48 (Garbage, Rubbish and Refuse) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: Section 48-6C (Penalties for offenses) is hereby renumbered 48-6D and a new 48-6C is amended to read as follows: C. Any person, firm or corporation who or which does not pay any char,qe or fee established in this chapter or who or which violates any provision of this chapter shall be subiect to a fine not in excess of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or is committed. II.
