same lot on Amended Map"A"filed August 16,1922,as Map No. 156 being more particularly bounded and described
as follows: .
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Nassau Point Road distant 603±feet southerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Nassau Point Road and the southerly side of Tuthill Road,said point of
beginning being at a monument at the corner formed by the southwesterly side of Lot 66 and the northwesterly side of
Lot 67 on the aforementioned map.
RUNNING THENCE North 82 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East,363.67 feet to a tie line along the mean
high water mark of Little Peconic Bay;
RUNNING THENCE along said tie line South 3 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East, 100.28 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West,363.34 feet to the easterly side ofNassau

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to ROBERT CASTALDI and DIANNE
CASTALDI,his wife,from ARNOLD BLAIR and KAREN HUDSON BLAIR,his wife,by Deed dated June 1, 1989
and recorded in Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on June 14, 1989 at 10875 Page 210.
Said premises being known as 8525 Nassau Point Road,Cutchogue,New York.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
