Chapter 65 (Pinking at Beaches) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: 1. Section 65-3(A)(3) is hereby amended as follows: Resident parking pernfits for motor vehicles shall be permanently afl, xed to the right side of the front bumper of such vehicle, .... ~ * ~'^ ~:-~* ~:~ ^~*~-~ '~ ..... ~- ..... tcmgue~fs~ and shall be valid for the vehicle and an attached trailer. 2. Section 65-3(F) is hereby amended as folloxvs: Nonresident seasonal beach parking permit. Beach parking permits for nonresidents for the period April I through October 31 may be issued by the Town Clerk of the Town of Southold upon application therefor for thc ~rmual su~a~h:~$150.), at a sum prescribed by resolution of the S~ut~ld Town Bmrd, which annual sum shall include both the vehicle and boat trailer.
