November, 1987 between the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a municipal corporation of the State of New York, and having its office and principal place of business at 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York, hereinafter called the "Town", and HOPPY'S CLEANERS, INC. , a domestic corporation of the State of New York, having its office and principal place of business at 329 Front Street, Greenport, New York 11944. WITNESSETH : WHEREAS, the Town desires to enter into an agreement for the cleaning of the uniforms of the members of the Southold Town Police Department, and WHEREAS, Hoppy's Cleaners, Inc. has agreed to perform such services for the Town, 0 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. Hoppy's Cleaners, Inc. does hereby agree to perform the cleaning services required by the Town for the uniforms of the members of the Southold Town Police Department for the period commencing on the 1st day of January, 1988 and ending on the 31st day of December, 1988. 2. Hoppy's Cleaners, Inc. does hereby agree to pick up uniforms to be cleaned at the Southold Town Police Headquarters, Main Road, Peconic, New York, on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week. Delivery of clean uniforms, hung on wire hangers and covered with plastic, to be made no later than the same day of the week following pick up. 3.
