BE IT ENACTED,

by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows:
Chapter 65 (Parking At Beaches) of the Code of the Town of Southold
is hereby amended as follows:
1. Section 65-2.A.(15) is hereby amended as follows:
(15) Indian Neck Lane, Peconic, from the guardrail at the
southerly terminus northerly for a distance of ~51) 500 feet.
This Local Law shall take effect upon its filing with the Secretary of
State.

SUPERVISOR WICKHAM: The first public hearing is on a "Local Law in
Relation to Parking at Indian Neck Lane" to be read by Councilman Lizewski.
COUNCILMAN LIZEWSKI: '[Public Notice is hereby given that there has
been presented to the Town Board of the Town of $outhold, Suffolk County,
New York, on the 14th day of June, 1994, a Local Law entitled, "A Local
Law in Relation to Parking at Indian Neck Lane". Notice is fur[her given
that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on
the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New
York, on the 28th day of June, 1994, at 7:55 P.M., at which time all
interested persons will be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to
Parking at indian Neck Lane" reads as follows:

I. Chapter 55 [Parking At Beaches) of the Code of the Town of Southold
is hereby amended as follows:
1. Section 65-2.A.[15) is hereby amended as follows:
(15) Indian Neck Lane, Peconic, from the guardrail at the
