Bid was awarded to him on December 2, 1986. A $200.00 bid deposit certified check was submitted with his proposal which was to be returned upon receipt of the required surety. Mr. Pflugercame into the Town Clerk's Office on 12/16/86 to execute his agreement and asked that his $200.00 certified check be applied to the amount of $185.30, the one-third payment due on January 1 , 1987. Mr. Pfluga was given change of $14.70. Since there was not enough cash in the drawer to cash the $200.00 certified check, the check was cashed at the North Fork Bank & Trust Co. by Judith T. Terry, Southold Town Clerk on 12/17/86. The $14.70 which was taken from the petty cash to give Mr. Pflugerhis change was replaced, and the $185.30 due as the one-third payment on January 1 , 1987 was given to Mrs. Joan Richter in the Accounting Department together with a copy of the agreement. i 12/16/26 1PRODUCER THIS CERTIFICATE .S ISSUED AS :> '.1A.7TEk (],r IP<FORMATION ONLY 7 I AND CONFERS N7, RIC:,+CS UPOT,' T4E CFP IFICP.TE HOLDER.
