Provide (4) underground plastic tanks with closed sides and open bottoms each with a capacity of 600 gallons ( 2,400 gallons total). Locate as indicated- minimum of 12' from foundation and pipe to leader and gutter system with 4" diameter SDR pipe. Place tanks so as depth provides the bottom to be in coarse sand. (A) AREA OF LIMITED CLEARING Approx. 12,000 sq. ft. Selective removal of trees and stumps. Leaf and humus layer to remain. Any disturbance of this area will be addressed with the installation of wood chips during the clearing process. DRIVEWAY AND PARKING Driveway is 10' in width and approx 140' in length with a parking area of approximately 20'x24'. Construction consists of the installation of 4" of RCA base material and compacted and 0.25' of 3/8" and %" blended bluestone. Total of surface is approx. 2,080 sq. ft. Driveway will be located 6' off the North property line and this area will remain natural. The driveway will be cut approx. 1.0' below the existing grade to prevent run off to the North and will provide a 0.5' slope from North to South. A concrete casting 30" in diameter and 24" deep with a cast iron grate will be installed at the base of the driveway and will be piped using 4" diameter SDR pipe to (2) 600 gallon plastic underground tanks with open bottoms and closed sides.
