Status: Pending Action: Review referrals. Attachments:Staff Report New Suffolk Waterfront Fund Project name:SCTM#: 1000-117-8-18 Location: 650 First Street, on the corner of Main Street and First Street, New Suffolk Description: This proposed Site Plan is for the re-location, renovation and addition of 47 sq. ft. to the historic Galley Ho restaurant building, totaling 1,725 sq. ft., to include a 66-seat restaurant and 16-slip marina on 2.3 acres in the M-II Zoning District. Status:Pending Action: Review referrals. Attachments:Staff Report Peconic Landing Tennis Courts Project Name:SCTM#: 1000-35-1-25 Location: 1205 NYS Rt. 25, on the north side of NYS Rt. 25, 1,121' east of Sound Road in Greenport Description: In conjunction with the pending expansion project, this amended site plan is for the re-location of a 108' x 120' (12,960 sq. ft.) paved area for two (2) tennis courts in addition to eight (8) parking stalls with one (1) ADA. The parcel is located in the R-80 Zoning District. Status:Pending Action:Review site design. Status:New Application Action:Review revised maps. Attachments: Staff Report Project Name: Sutton Standard Subdivision SCTM#: 1000-78-9-54 & 78 Location:1160 North Bayview Road, 111.56 feet northeast of Liberty Lane and Victoria Drive, Southold Description:This proposal is for a Standard Subdivision of a 1.82 acre parcel where in 2010 the Zoning Board of Appeals granted an area variance to allow for this parcel to be subdivided into two lots where Lot 1 equals 1.13 acres and Lot 2 equals 0.69 acres, located in the R-40 Zoning District. Status:Conditional Sketch Approval Action:Discussion re: right-of-way. Status: Conditional Sketch Approval Action:Review Preliminary Plat Application for completeness. Attachments: Staff Report Southold Town Planning Board, September 8, 2014 Page 3 Treasure Island Cove, LLC & Project Name:SCTM#: 1000-23-1-2.3 thru 23-1- Domeluca, LLC 2.6 & 22-3-33 thru 22-3- 37 Location:14909 Route 25, on the north side of NYS Rt. 25, East Marion Description: This proposed Lot Line Modification transfers 1.38 acres from SCTM#1000-23-1-2.3 to SCTM#1000-23-1-2.5 and transfers 0.85 acres from SCTM#1000-23-1-2.4 to SCTM#1000-23-1-2.6. Lot 2.3 will decrease in size from 1.38 acres to 0.00 acres, Lot 2.5 will increase from 0.88 acres to 2.26 acres, Lot 2.4 will decrease from 0.85 acres to 0.00 acres and Lot 2.6 will increase from 1.20 acres to 2.05 acres located in the R-80 Zoning District.
