THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO PROVIDE THE LOADER
WITH A TOTAL CYCLE TIME NOT GUATER THAN 10 .7 SECONDS.
OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT
THE OPERATOR' S COMPARTMENT SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE FRONT HALF OF
THE LOADER, DIRECTLY OVER THE CENTER HINGE PIN AND MUST BE
CAPABLE OF VIEWING THE BUCKET WORKING AREA WITH NO OBSTRUCTION
FROM THE CAB OR THE LOADER' S FRAME. IT MUST SWING AWAY FROM THE '
REAR CHASSIS FOR INSPECTION OF TRANSMISSION, HOSES AND STEERING

PRIORITY TO THE PUMP' S SUPPLY FLOW. ONCE THE STEERING CIRCUIT IS
SATISFIED, ALL EXCESS FLOW IS 'PASSED ON TO THE LOADER CONTROL
VALVE . IF THE LOADER CONTROL VALVE IS ACTUATED, THE OIL FLOW
SHALL PASS THROUGH THE CENTER AND SHALL B_E FILTERED BEFORE
RETURNING TO THE RESERVOIR. THE THIRD PORT SHALL PROVIDE FLOW TO
HYDRAULIC TOP CLAMPS TO PROVIDED WITH THE BUCKET.
THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO PROVIDE THE LOADER
WITH A TOTAL CYCLE TIME NOT GgEATER THAN 10 .7 SECONDS.
OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT
THE OPERATOR ' S COMPARTMENT SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE FRONT HALF OF
THE LOADER, DIRECTLY OVER THE CENTER HINGE PIN AND MUST BE
CAPABLE OF VIEWING THE BUCKET WORKING AREA WITH NO OBSTRUCTION
FROM THE CAB OR THE LOADER' S FRAME. IT MUST SWING AWAY FROM THE
REAR CHASSIS FOR INSPECTION OF TRANSMISSION, HOSES AND STEERING

THE LOADER SHALL HAVE- A CLOSED AND PRESSURE CONTROLLED HYDRAULIC
SYSTEM WITH VACUUM RELIEF . THE RESERVOIR IS TO BE SEALED AND
PRESSURIZED AT NOT MORE THAN 30 PSI . THE SYSTEM SHALL HAVE FULL
FLOW FILTRATION EMPLOYING ONE 10 MICRON SPIN-ON TYPE FILTER.
THE LOADER SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A SINGLE GEAR TYPE HYDRAULIC
PUMP DRIVEN FROM THE ACCESSORY DRIVE. IT SHALL HAVE AN OUTPUT OF
NOT LESS THAN 44 . 0 GPM AT 2500 RPM AND 500 PSI . THE PRESSURE
RELIEF VALVE SHALL BE SET AT 3000 PSI.
ALL HYDRAULIC FLOW SHALL PASS THROUGH A THREE SPOOL, PRESSURE
COMPENSATED, CONTROL VALVE WHICH SHALL SUPPLY FLOWS FOR THE
STEERING AND LOADER CIRCUITS . THE SYSTEM SHALL BE SO DESIGNED
THAT, WHEN THE STEERING CIRCUIT IS ACTUATED, IT IS GIVEN FIRST
PRIORITY TO THE PUMP' S SUPPLY FLOW. ONCE THE STEERING CIRCUIT IS
SATISFIED, ALL EXCESS FLOW IS •PASSED ON TO THE LOADER CONTROL
VALVE . IF THE LOADER CONTROL VALVE IS ACTUATED, THE OIL FLOW
SHALL PASS THROUGH THE CENTER AND SHALL BE FILTERED BEFORE
RETURNING TO THE RESERVOIR. THE THIRD PORT SHALL PROVIDE FLOW TO
HYDRAULIC TOP CLAMPS TO PROVIDED WITH THE BUCKET.
THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO PROVIDE THE LOADER
WITH A TOTAL CYCLE TIME NOT GREATER THAN 10 .7 SECONDS.
