ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Nassau Point, in the Town
of Southold,County of Suffolk, and State of New York, being known and designated as Lot 418 on
a certain map entitled, "Map of Section D. Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc." and filed in the
Office of the Cleric of the County of Suffolk on May 7'h, 1926, as Map No. 806, which said lot is
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Little Peconic Bay Road at the division line
between Lots 417 and 418 on said map, said point of beginning being distant the following two
courses and distances from a monument set at the Northeasterly end of a curve formed by the
intersection of the Westerly line of Haywaters Road with the Northerly line of Little Peconic Bay
Road:
