BEGINNING at a monument set in the northeasterly side of Elijah's Lane distant 2185.75 feet
northwesterly as measured along the northeasterly side of Elijah's Lane from the comer formed
by the intersection of the northeasterly side of Elijah's Lane with the northerly side of Main
