THIS IS A CORRECTION DEED made to correct and/or modify the prior conveyance dated December 31, 2013 and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on June 13, 2014 in Liber00001277' Page 342 . In said prior
conveyance, party of the second part, Donna Fristachi and Anthony Vitale were named as Co-Trustees of the FAMILY
STATE QTIP TRUST CREATED UNDER ARTICLE NINE OF THE FRISTACHI LIVING TRUST,Dated August
22, 2007 as to a fifty (50%) percent interest rather than Angela Fristachi as Trustee of the FAMILY STATE QTIP
TRUST CREATED UNDER ARTICLE NINE OF THE FRISTACHI LIVING TRUST,Dated August 22,2007 as to a
fifty(50%)percent interest. This Correction Deed is given as no consideration to correct the Grantee of said prior deed.
This Correction Deed is executed by the Grantor as of the date of acknowledgement below but is effective for all purposes as
of the effective date of December 31,2013,the date of the original conveyance.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other valuable
consideration paid by the pally of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and being
at Bayview,in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,known and designated as Lot Number 26 on
a certain map entitled"Leeward Acres at Bayview,"filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 4, 1971
as Map Number 5599.
BEGINNING at the extreme easterly end of an arc which connects the easterly side of Jacobs Lane with the sourtherly side of
Leeward Drive;
RUNNING THENCE south 61 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds east a distance of 177.09 feet;
RUNNING THENCE south 28 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds west a distance of 200.00 feet;
THENCE north 61 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds west distant 202.09 feet to the easterly side of Jacobs Lane;
RUNNING THENCE north along the easterly side of Jacobs Lane north 28 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds east a distance of
175.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along the aforementioned arc,bearing to the right whose radius is 250 feet distant 30.27 feet and back
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Said Premises being known as and by 1160 Jacobs Lane,Southold,NY 11971.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part herein by Deed dated August 22,2007
and recorded September 11,2007 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber D00012521,Page 865.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
SUBJECT to any covenants,easements and restrictions of record,if any,
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
