POCKETING: All pocketing shall be black, 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton with a minimum thread count of 68 x 54. The weight shall be 2.60 yds/lb. WAISTBAND: The waistband shall be 2" wide and shall be closed with a crush- proof hook and eye, the eye being bartacked for stability. The waistband curtain, attached with a rocap machine, shall have Snugtex and be made of black, 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton. Banrol waistband stiffener, 3/4" in width, shall be sewn into the waistband on the front of the trouser from side seam to side seam. The trousers are to be made with a continuous closed waistband. The waistband shall be set on and shall be stitched below the lower edge through the outer fabric and the waistband curtain. INSIDE TRIM: The right fly and crotch liningsshall be the same fabric and color as the waistband curtain. There shall be a non-woven, interlining fused to the fly facing to give additional stability and strength to the pocket. The right fly lining shall be sewn to the left fly below the zipper. The crotch lining shall be serged to each front. A separate french I-ly made of the outer fabric shall be sewn to the inside right fly. (18) BELT LOOPS: There shold be a minimum of 5 belt loops on waist sizes, 28, 29,30, and a minimum of 7 on all sizes over 30 Each loop is to be lined and l" wide, with stitching on the face side 1/8" from each edge. Except for the back loop which shall be tacked on, all loops shall be sewn into the bottom of the waistband and into the rocap. They shall accommodate a 1-5/6" belt. ZIPPER: The trousers shall be closed with a molded nylon memory lock zipper and have a brass bottom stop at the base of the zipper chain. A straight bartack shall be sewn through from the out- side of the garment to the inside at the bottom of the fly. It shall be sewn through the zipper tape, the right and left fly and the right fly lining. CREASING: The front and rear crease in the trouser legs must incorporate a permanent modified silicone crease produced by the "Lintrak System". SIZE TAG: The trouser shall have a sewn in label giving care instructions and an outside waistband label which shall be marked with lot number, size, fiber content and WPL number. POCKETS: The front pocket opening will be a minimum 6" and be 6" deep from the bottom of the opening. They shall be stitched, turned, and restitched. The inside front pocket facing shall be a separate piece of self material finishing no less than 1j" wide. The back pockets will have a minimum opening of 5j" and be 6" deep. They shall be made with a Reese PW automatic machine and finished on the outside with an exposed top and bottom cord. The left pocket shall have a tab to button. The drop watch pocket, located approximately 1}" to the front of the right side seam and 11" below the waistband shallhave an approximate opening of 2-3/4" and shall be 3" deep.
