A Local Law in Relation to Prohibited Parking
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows:
Chapter 92 (Vehicles ~- Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold is
hereby amended by addin9 thereto the following:
Article IV, Section 92-41 (Parking prohibited at all times.) is hereby
amended by addin9 thereto the following:
Name of Street
Side Location
Depot Lane West
At Cutchogue, starting at the
intersection of New York State
Route 25 and extending
northerly for a distance of 360
feet.
II. This Local Law shall take effect upon its filing with the Secretary of State.

SUPERVISOR HARRIS: Our first public hearing of the evening is on a proposed
"Local Law in Relation to Prohibited Parking", which will be read by Councilman
Wickham.
COUNCILMAN WICKHAM: "Notice of public hearing on Local Law. Public Notice
is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 6th day of October, 1992, a Local
Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Prohibited Parking". Notice is further
given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing
on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New
York, on the 20th day of October, 1992, at 4:30 P.M., at which time all interested
persons will be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to Prohibited Parking"
reads as follows:

I. Chapter 92 (Vehicles & Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold
is hereby amended by addinc, I thereto the following:

address the Town Board on this Local Law change? (No response.) Hearing
none, I will close this public hearing.
