I. Chapter 92 (Vehicles & Traffic ) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby
amended as follows:
Article IV, Section 92-41 (Parking prohibited at all times.) is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:

section of County Route 48 and
extending westerly for a distance
of 620 feet.

At Mattituck, starting at the inter-
section of Wickham Avenue and

BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the. Town of Southold as follows:
Chapter 92 (Vehicles & Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby
amended as follows:

IN THE MATTER OF A PROPOSED "LOCAL LAW IN RELATION TO PARKING".

SUPERVISOR HARRIS: The first public hearing of the evening will be a "Local Law
in Relation to Parking", and proof of verification, and publication of such Local
Law will be read by Councilman Wickham.
COUNCILMAN WICKHAM: "Public Notice is hereby given that there has been
presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
on the 25th day of August, 1992, a Local Law entitled, "A Local law in Relation
to Parking". Notice is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold
will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall,
Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 8th day of September, 1992, at 8:00
P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard. This proposed "Local
Law in Relation to Parking" reads as follows:
