There is now bulkheading on the water with a return wall on the west, so I estimated it off the "range of the deck". Is it 25' landward of the bulkhead on one side and 65' on the other side? Just to clarify the fence is not going on the waterside, there is now bulk heading and no plantings will be implemented with 25'+/- of the water due to the sea spray. The plantings along the fence would be sea grasses or possibly privet, due to the harsh environment. There is no irrigation system nor is there any planned for this site. The sea grass that exists along the waterfront will definitely remain for they are naturally occurring and require no maintenance.
