Copies of this Local Law are available in the Office of the Town Clerk to any
interested persons during business hours. Dated: November 12, 1991. Judith
T. Terry, Southold Town Clerk." I have an affidavit of publication by the two
local papers, and an affidavit of posting from the Town Clerk, that this has been
posted on the Town Bulletin Board for the appropriate time. There are no further
communications.
SUPERVISOR HARRIS: Are there any members of the audience, that would like
to comment either in favor or against this Local Law change? (No response.) You
realize that it's rather simplistic, that we're adding two members to the Landmark
Preservation Commission, at which time we'll have to do one resolution, if this
Local Law is passed advertising for two members to serve without compensation.
At this time, seeing no comments, I'll declare this public hearing closed.
