Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. l on a
certain map entitled, "Final Plot Minor Subdivision Map of Harry G. and Janet Hohn" which map was
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 26, 1991 as Map No, 9172 being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Nassau Point Road where the same is intersected by the
southerly boundary side of land now or formerly of Richard and Christopher Harley,said point or place of
beginning being at the northeast corner of premises herein to be described;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the westerly side of Nassau Point Road
in a Southerly direction(survey)along the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 360.00 feet
