New York 11787,as Co-Trustees of the Ubaldo Gonzalez Family Trust,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and No Cents($10.00),
lawful money of the United States,paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim
unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL
BEGINNING on the Northerly side of Orchard Street at an iron pipe set at the Southwesterly
comer thereof and being the southeasterly comer of land now or formerly of Victor Smolenski;
RUNNING THENCE in a general northerly direction along the land of Victor Smolenski North 6
deg. 52' 10" East 100 feet to a monument;
RUNNING THENCE in a general Easterly direction along lands of Harry H. Tuthill South 83 deg. 49'
10" East a distance of 121 feet, more or less,to the westerly line of a certain right of way;
RUNNING THENCE in a general Southerly direction along said westerly line of said right of way
and along an existing fence South 6 deg. 52' 10" West a distance 100 feet to the northerly side
of Orchard Street;
RUNNING THENCE in a general Westerly direction along the northerly side of Orchard Street
North 83 deg. 49' 10" West a distance of 121 feet, more or less, to the point or place of

RUNNING THENCE along said northerly side of Orchard Street, North 83 deg. 49' 10" West, 24
feet, more or less,to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to covenants, easements, restrictions, reservations and agreements of record.
SUBJECT to an unrestricted and unlimited life estate in and for Ubaldo,Gonzalez for the rest of
his life and during his lifetime.
