Chapter 65 (Parking At Beaches) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: 1. Section 65-2.A. is hereby amended by adding the following: (11) Youngs Road, Orient, from the guardrail at the northerly terminus southerly for a distance of 500 feet. II. Wickham (out of town) SUPERVISOR HARRIS: The first public hearing of the evening is a "Local Law in Relation to Parking". This has to do with the 500 foot setbacks from dead end roads in certain areas in Southold Town, which we're going to be designating tonight. Councilwoman Oliva will be reading the verification publication of this Local Law. COUNCILWOMAN OLIVA: "Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 13th day of August, 1991, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Parking". Notice is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 27th day of August, 1991, at 8:00 P.M., at which time ail interested persons will be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to Parking" reads as follows: BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: I.
