Section 59-30 [Definitions.) is hereby amended to read as follows: COMMITTEE - The Southold Town Land Preservation Committee. Section 59-50 (C) [Alienation of fee. interest or right; instrument of conveyance; Land Preservation Committee· ) is hereby amended to read as follows: C. Land Preservation Committee. (1) The Committee shall consist of seven (7) members to be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Town Board. The Chairman of the Committee shall be designated by the Town Board. II. COUNCILWOMAN OLIVA: "Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on the 4th day of June, 1991, a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law in Relation to Open Space Preservation". Notice is further given that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, on the 18th day of June, 1991, at 8:02 P.M., at which time all interested persons will be heard.
