successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 4, 1976 as Map No. 6463, prepared by Young & Young
Surveyors, and which said lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Kimberly Lane distant 275.04 feet southerly from the southerly end of a
curve which said curve connects the westerly side of Kimberly Lane with the southerly side of Pine Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE Southerly along the westerly side of Kimberly Lane along the arc of a curve bearing to the right
having a radius of 1540.00 feet and a distance of 150.84 feet to a point;
