THIS INDENTURE, made the Imo' day of June,2014, BETWEEN

interest; and
JENNIFER B. GOULD, residing at 1820 Truman's Path, East Marion, NY, 11939,as to the remainder

WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of TEN 010.00) dollars lawful money of the
United States paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at East Marion. in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State ofNew York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a 25 foot wide right-of-way, distant 200.0 feet westerly along
said 25 foot wide right-of-way from the westerly boundary line of land now or formerly of Stavrolakes, said
point and place of beginning also being the division tine between the within described premises and land now
or formerly of Bollman, where same intersects the southerly side of the said 25 foot right-of-way;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Bollman, south 29 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds east
210.0 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Gardiner's Bay;
THENCE along said high water mark along a tie line south 34 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds west 42.57 feet;

southerly side of the 25 foot right-of-way mentioned above;

feet in width along said land now or formerly of Stavrolakes about 1100 feet to land now or formerly of
Florence Tuthill; thence northerly still along said land formerly of Welsh 16 feet in width over said land now or
formerly of Tuthill and over land now or formerly of Griffing to the Main Road (Route 25).
THIS DEED IS MADE for the purpose of conveying JOHN C. WILLIAMS' life estate interest to the
party of the second part.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated
June 12, 2007 which deed was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 15, 2007 in
Liber 12509 at page 755.
TOGETHLR I with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the parties of the first part covenant that the parties of the first part have not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE parties of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the parties of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement,and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total or the same
for any other purpose. The word "party"' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.'
