That no building or other structure, except a pump house, shall be corrected or permitted which, measured from its main foundation walls, shall be within 10 feet of any lot,boundary or property line. 5. That no earth or mineral deposit shall be sold or removed except for the proper grading and landscaping of the premises. 6.
