DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being on Fishers Island,Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Equestrian Avenue at the northeast corner
of premises herein described said monument being located 1990.53 feet north of a point which
is 2607.42 feet west of the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation "PROS";
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning south 8 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds east
117.38 feet to land now or formerly of Rev.John Grigonis et al;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land south 68 degrees 35 minutes west 29.16 feet;
RUNNING THENCE north 32 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds west and part of the way along land
of Rev.John Grigonis et al 98.70 feet to the southerly side of Equestrian Avenue;
