Chapter 100 [Zoning)'of the Code of the Town of So~Lthold is hereby
amended as follows:
1. Article III, Section 100-33 (B) (Accessory Buildings) is amended
to read as follows:
B. (1)
On lots containing up to 9,999 square feet, such
buildings shall be set back no less than five (5)
feet from any lot line.
On lots containing from 10,000 square feet up to
19,999 square feet, such buildings shall be set
back no less than ten (10) feet from any lot line.

On lots containing from 20,000 square feet up to

line.
