A meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was held at the Southold Town Clerk Office on Monday, August 2, 1965 at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Alvah B. Goldsmith, President Frank Dawson John F. McNulty George Simpson Marion Regent, Sec. Application of Frank Nowak to place a boat mooring in Peter's Creek, a branch of Mattituck Creek, was approved, having been previously examined and approved by the Mattituck Creek Harbor Master Thomas B. Reeve. Application of James S. Ledd~ to erect a stake in Town Waters in Narrow River off Narrow River Road in Orient was approved. Fee $°50. Application of Angelo P. Orio, Mattituck, N.Y. to place a stake in Mattituck Creek was approved, having been previously examined and approved by the Mattituck Creek Harbor Master Thomas B. Reeve. Fee $.50. Mr. Goldsmith requested that Mr. McNulty and Mr. Dawson investigate the advisability of the request of Mrs. Elsie Blairon to bulkhead in front of her property on Mattituck Creek, The Board adjourned to visit the Mattituck Marina owned and operated by David Strong. Mr. Strong's check in the amount of $92.50 was returned to him until such time that definite action can be completed on his application to erect docks and poles in James Creek, Mattituck. ~.~__ Marion A.
