The regular meeting of the Town Trustees was held at the Town
Clerk's Office, Southold, New York, on Monday, April 26, 1965.

Application of Henry Krupski for two stakes in Goose Creek
Southold, N.Y. at the end of Gagen's Landing Road, South old,
was received and granted. Fee $1.00.
Application of Leo Rauch, Southold, N.Y. for two stakes in
Goose Creek at the end of Gagen's Landing Road, Southold,
was received and granted. Fee $1.00.
Application of Ralph F. Crocker of Lot 13, Gull Pond Road,
8reenport, N.Y. to place a mushroom mooring with pickup
buoy in Gull Pond was received and granted. Fee $.50.
Application of Howard M. Terry, Southold, N.Y. to install'
two boat stakes in Jockey Creek at the end of Gilbert Street
Southold, was received and granted. Fee $1.00.
Application of Arthur E. Giella, Hobart Road, Southold, N.Y.
to install a stake in TOwn Creek Southold, in front of his
property was received and granted. Fee $.50.
The request of:-~llis. Texr~ for.a refund of'$5.:00 ~n a deek~
permit was denied.
A discussion was held by the Trustees concerning dredging
and the ultimate ownership of creek bottoms after dredging.
It was decided to hold a joint meeting with the Supervisor,
~the Town Attorney and the president of the Planning Board
T/to discuss this problem, said meeting to be held on Wednesday,
~&wF--~, 1965 at 1=30 P.M. at the office of the Su~ervis~r,
16 South Street, Greenport, New York.
