The regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was held at
the Town Clerk's Office, Southold, New York, on londay, March
29, 1965, at 1:30 P.M.

~application of John J. Klein, Jr. to construct docks and
floating docks and dredge in James Creek, Mattituck, N.Y. was
withdrawn. It was ascertained that the land to be dredged was
owned by Mr. Klein and not the Town Trustees.
The application of L~ C. Eckart, Deputy Co~issioner,' Department
of Public Works, to dredge Little Creek, Cutcho~ue, New Yc~k,
was discussed. It was decided to make further studY of this
project and to postpone decision of the Board until the next
meeting.
The application of John and Helen Rosicki of Westview Drive,
Mattituck, N.Y. to build a dock in Mattituck Creek was returned
for further information as to the location of the dock.
The application of Harold D. Winters to install a stake in
Goose Creek at the end of Gagenfs Landing Road, Southold, N.Y.
was granted, Fee 50¢ paid.
The deed to filled area in front of the land owned by the
Mattituck Park District on Mattituck Creek was signed by the
Trustees. The fee for transfer is $10.00.
