BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Summer Lane distant 483.22 feet southerly as
measured along the easterly side of Summer Lane from the intersection of the southerly side of
Bayview Road with the easterly side of Summer Lane and from said point or place of beginning:
RUNNING THENCE South 64 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East, 109.49 feet;
THENCE South 24 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds West, 100.00 feet;
THENCE North 64 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West 109.88 feet to the easterly side of
Summer Lane;
RUNNING THENCE northerly along the easterly side of Summer Lane, North 25 degrees 05
minutes 30 seconds East, 100.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the parties of the first part
by deed dated April 17, 1992 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June
5, 1992 in Liber 11478 page 119.
