HomeMy WebLinkAboutTR-07/27/1964MEETING OF JULY 27, 1964 A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to order at 1:30 P.M. by Acting President Frank Dawson in the absence of President Alvah B. Goldsmith, at the Southold Town Clerk Office on Monday, July 27, 1964. Application of William Victoria and Regina G. Victoria to put out a floating dock in Corey C~eek in front of their property for use by their guests was explained by MrS. Victoria, who attended the meeting. The Board visited the area and approved the application for a floating dock 100 feet long and 4 feet wide. Fee $50.00. Applications for the following stakes were approved, the stakes in Mattituck Creek to be approved by the Harbor Master: Anne Mackay ................ 1 stake ......... Hallock's Creek, Orient James j. Norman ............ 2 stakes ........ Richmond Creek, Peconic R. R. weber ................ 1 stake ......... Core~ Creek, Laughing Water Thomas W. Mokus ............ 2 stakes ........ Richmond Creek, Southold Charles Miska .............. 1 stake ......... Mattituck Creek,Mattituck The ~o~ Xeported that they had visited the property of Harbor Inn, Mattituck, which Mr. Frank Nowak is considering buying, and can find no objection to enlarging the marina. They feel it would be a definite improvement to the area and wish to convey this feeling to the Town Board. WPresent at the meeting: John McNulty, Frank Dawson, George Simpson, Philip Weiler and Marion Regent. The meeting adjourned at 2:30 P.M.
